Such dialog is shown when "Processes Persistent Settings Configuration" command in Automation Menu is performed. Dialog is resizable.
Dialog allows CPU Usage Settings for Process with "Process Path" to be remembered. It includes "Process to CPU Affinity", "Process Priority" and "Process Priority Boost" Rules and enabling/disabling this Rules. If Rule Enabled than TaskInfo will try to set its parameters automatically for corresponding processes.
